Following is my personal opinion based on my political experience as one of 108 members of the National Comittee and a president of one of 42 regions of the original “Solidarity” movement in Poland (1980-83) as well as on my professional experience in the Ontario education system. The first experience ended with a martial law and my immigration to Canada. The second experience ended with a conflict over free speech and a false flag incident, a conflict that nobody lost and nobody won. Since 2015, I am a retired senior citizen and I enjoy every minute of it.

In this blog, I have consciously avoided strictly political engagement related to elections and election campaigns. Frankly, I don’t know anymore who to vote for. NDP was finished, when Bob Ray betrayed the labour movement and hopped to the Liberals. Conservatives destroyed our education in 1998, when they introduced and implemented dumbing down education reforms, drastic cuts to health care, MNR, and many social programs in order to give tax breaks to their corporate friends. Liberals have continued to damage our education and health care and ended up sabotaging the economy, destroying our social fabric, hurting people, and demoralizing our children. They continue implementing woke policies that clearly remind me of the communist system in which I had grown up and lived for 34 years. I have come to a conclussion that we don’t need a different government, we need a different system. We need to eliminate corruption and we need to restore the Canadian Constitution. We need to restore political integrity and moral standards in this country.

I am not sure who I will vote for in the next election but I am considering giving Maxime Bernier and his People’s Party of Canada (PPC) a chance. I don’t know much about them but I am listening to their opinions and thinking, “It cannot be worse than what we have now, it can only be better”. Of course, I realize that major policy decisions are made much higher than the level on which our governments and political parties operate but we need to change that too and we only have one candidate and one political party that is openly addressing this topic.
