Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro under investigation for alleged anti-competitive practices

Comment: These initiatives will be “toothless”, unless we eliminate monopolizing of the markets by restoring and enforcing government regulations re: anti-trust laws and consumer protection laws. The government needs to start working on regulating the economy instead of privatizing their responsibilities in order to do less. This, of course, would require strict anti-bribing laws but who is going to challenge the corrupted politicians? We do need a different system or else nothing will change. My opinion.
