Comment: What follows is my opinion. If only part of this happens in the US, it will open the Pandora’s box in Canada and other countries as well. I am not concerned about the big and powerful names on the judicial target list. I am genuinely concerned about small operators and their employees who continue to jab people with unsafe and ineffective products known and proven to cause harm. The information is out there and it is no longer possible to pretend that “I did not know about it”. Also, as proven by the Nuremberg Trials, following orders of a superior is not an excuse in such cases. And yet, many people, for purely material reasons, are still taking the risk of being liable of a serious crime. Is milking this cow so important to you? Think about it.
