Dear Reader,
Horrifying images and testimonies emerged this week from Gaza, as Israel bombed two displacement camps, causing tents to catch on fire, killing many Palestinians and injuring dozens of others. Students in Canada continue to express their solidarity with Palestinians and join forces with faculty and local community organizations to demand that their universities end their complicity in human rights violations against Palestinians.
Canadians continue to protest the Trudeau government’s inaction and complicity in Israel’s genocide on Gaza. Join one of the many events and demonstrations held across Canada this weekend and over the week. (See the list of events and demonstrations below.)

Appalling images continue to emerge from Gaza, as Israel continues to heavily bomb the Gaza Strip. Consider joining thousands of Canadians as they continue to demand a permanent ceasefire, and an end to Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Please note that many different organizations are hosting these events, and CJPME lists those it is aware of. Any questions should be directed towards the event organizers.
