Comment: Wrong title and a misleading information. Not China but stupid Canadian governments and treacherous Canadian politicians allowed the offshoring of our real economy and transfer of our technologies to take place. China just took advantage of an opportunity. Now, she’s trying to reverse the picture in order to blame the deliberate destruction of our economy on somebody else. My opinion. BTW, doesn’t it reflect on us, the voters?
