Comment: Here is my opinion on this topic: None of these “interrogators” dared to determine who is actually right and where the truth lies in the current conflict between NATO and Russia. This conflict did not start in 2022, it started in 2014 and even earlier, if you know the facts and are honest enough to present them. NATO has provoked Russia, not the other way around.
In this blog, I present information and opinions that somewhat align with Russia’s legitimate security concerns. This does not mean that I am pro-Russian or pro-communism, or anti-semitic. I am pro-peace. As a matter of fact, in early 1980s, I served as an elected high-ranking “Solidarity” activist in Poland. “Solidarity” was strongly anti-Soviet and served as a US agent of influence by contributing to the fall of Soviet communism in 1991. All Western leaders, including president Reagan, were extatic about it. I have experienced the same style of interrogations by the communist secret service. My wife and child were harrassed by them when I was in hiding during the martial law. This is nothing new.
Today, I provide evidence and logical support for my opinions. I know the history and I prefer facts to propaganda. I view Russia’s pressure on Ukraine as no different than the US pressure on Cuba during the Cuban missile crisis in the Fall of 1962. Its outcome was more peaceful because the Soviets showed more responsibility to preserve global peace than the western hawks do today. They did not go to war with the US to protect Cuban sovereignty or to derail the elction results in the Soviet Union. Unfortunately, today’s Western politicians have lost moral compass and professional integrity. Considering the risk of nuclear war with Russia (and China), I think that they have also lost sanity.
