Comment: The real question is, “Why did Chrystia Freeland resign?”

Let’s begin with Klaus Schwab:

“…born 30 March 1938 is a German mechanical engineer, economist, and founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He has acted as the WEF’s chairman since founding the organisation in 1971. In May 2024, WEF announced that Schwab will move from his role as Executive Chairman to chairman of the Board of Trustees by January 2025. No successor has been named. – [Wikipedia]

In his “Harward Talk” interview, published in 2022, Schwab mentioned Canada:

Schwab says that WEF and its Young Global Leaders have “penetrated” many governments of the world, … [including] … more than half of the Trudeau’s cabinet in Canada.

According to the Young Global Leaders website,

The Young Global Leaders ® Community is an accelerator for a dynamic community of exceptional people with the vision, courage, and influence to drive positive change in the world.

Our growing membership of more than 1,400 members and alumni of 120 nationalities includes civic and business innovators, entrepreneurs, technology pioneers, educators, activists, artists, journalists, and more.

Note that they don’t mention “politicians” but Schwab is openly bragging about it in the above video.

Who are the Canadian politicians – members of the Young Global Leaders Community?

Does it mean that they represent the WEF agenda, instead of the aspirations of their consituencies, the Canadian voters and taxpayers? In practice, (not in theory), who or what are they loyal to?

A balanced view on WEF and its role in today’s world is presented in this article, published by the National Post in June of 2022. Less favourable opinions include a statement found in the description of the above video:

… The World Economic Forum is headed by Klaus Schwab who has a fascists view of the world… meaning no votes for us. We pay taxes, but have NO SAY in governance.

The Niagara Independent has published articles [ 1 ] , [ 2 ] related to the influence of WEF on Canadian politics.

Now, let’s go back to the current crisis in the Canadian government. We hear that Liberal MPs are rebelling and demanding that Justin Trudeau steps down and resigns from his positions as party leader and prime minister. We hear that Justin is considering such resignation. We hear that Donald Trump is trolling Trudeau as “the governor of the great state of Canada”. No secret here, Trump dislikes leftist and globalist agendas, and tries to initiate “regime change” in countries that fell under the WEF’s spell. We saw it in France, now we see it in Canada. We see similar panic in Europe and in other parts of the world. Even CBC is changing tune and realizing that money will have to come from somewhere, after the Liberals are gone. Mr. Trump, however, should know the history of his country better. Especially the war of 1812.

At the same time, we remember that all Liberal MPs eagerly supported most of the unpopular policies of Trudeau’s government. We remember their voting records. We remember the enthusiastic standing ovation they gave to former Ukrainian Nazi. We remember Chrystia Freeland’s bragging about her initiative to freeze banking accounts of the truckers and people who sent a donation to support a peaceful protest against unconstitutional government policies. On her watch as a finance minister, our cost of living skyrocketed and our standard of living dived like never before. I would not call it an impressive record. People who advertise Chrystia as a future prime minister must be living in a different universe. The current rebellion of Liberal MPs does not look like an expression of a genuine concern about Canada, either. More likely, they are concerned about their re-election and motivated by their own careers. My opinion.

Facing a loss of infiltrated institutions and “penetrated” influence, the WEF is certanly alarmed. I suspect that Schwab is capable of sacrificing unpopular Trudeau and sending Freeland on temporary “vacation” to limit the damage done to his “penetration” efforts. Jasmeet Singh may not present a future value for the WEF, as he was not leading his party in a consistent way, politically, ideologically, or otherwise. He was simultaneously supporting and criticizing the Liberal government. He was flip-flopping. He was following, zigzagging and sometimes dodging, like when the NDP MPPs in Ontario skept a day and did not show up for an important vote. Now, he says that NDP Will Vote to Bring Down Liberal Government. From a WEF’s point of view, Singh cannot be trusted.

I have a feeling that Chrystia Freeland will soon re-emerge on some international stage without any negative political baggage. Or, she will be reborn as a “credible” Canadian politician who sacrificed her career “for the good of the country”. A victim of Trudeau’s incompetence. A whitewashed heroine. Continuity of the “penetration” must be preserved. Will Justin be moved to Geneva or to the UN? We will see soon…

On the other hand, Mike Carney cannot be found on the WEF’s Young Global Leaders list. Maybe he is too old (59), not as “young” as Chrystia (56). However, he has a strong record as a politician joined at the hip with the infamous and secretive Bilderberg Group. With the advent of Trump’s administration in the US, Carney is being positioned as the next Liberal leader who may replace Trudeau or Freeland just in time for the next election. Will this save the Liberals? I doubt it. Bilderberg Group and WEF do not look like compatible organizations. But… life is full of surprises.

The old saying goes, “Time heals the wounds”. On Wednesday, December 18, The Epoch Times’ Morning Brief reported: “NDP House Leader Signals Party Will Vote Non-Confidence if Trudeau Stays On”. The WEF best interest is at stake … and the Bilderberg Group’s plan, too. It’s time to close the ranks. Cooperation, after all? How nice!
