Comment: This must be fully investigated first. Congress should not jump blindly into a conclusion without impartial knowledge about the true reasons for this phenomenon. For example, what if chem trails serve the purpose of limiting the increasing amount of cosmic radiation that reaches the Earth’s surface? This may be happening for a variety of reasons, thinning of the ozon layer, or weakening of Earth’s magnetic field as a result of impending full or partial reversal of Earth’s magnetic poles. Of course, governments would hide that in order to avoid a total panic and chaos. But the signs are already here, increasing cancer rates, skin diseases, unusual weather patterns, disappearence of some sweet water fish and insect species, wild fires… Think before you act.

Given the time a geomagnetic reversal takes, we are not in immediate danger but the risks for our health and environment may be increasing. Only full reversals, during which all life on Earth is killed by the cosmic rays and Sun’s radiation, are tragic in their consequences. Partial reversals and so called excursions do not eliminate the Earth’s magnetic field entirely but may weaken it significantly to create conditions that make it difficult to remain healthy, to farm, and to continue normal activities on the surface of the planet.
All these possible scenarios make me wonder if the depopulation, gene therapy, and transhumanity agendas have something to do with the survival of our consciousness and our legacy beyond such a devastating event. Other questions include places that might have allowed pockets of certain civilizations (or their elites) to survive similar global destruction in the past. Underground bunkers built by some of world’s wealthy elite, preservation of seeds from food crops (e.g., The Svalbard Global Seed Vault) and genetic mapping of existing species seem to fit into such possibility as well. The wars for energy resources, pipeline corridors, water, and agriocultural land, the attempts to establish totalitarian control over societies, the migrations and mixing of cultures, the push for WW3… and the list goes on.
