Comment: I just want to remind our politicians that home owners and people who rent apartments amount to a large procentage of voters. Keep allowing the LTB approve landlords’ applications for rent increases above guidline and you will lose these votes. Keep allowing home owners to flip houses for profit, and the result will be the same. It is in your power to freeze prices, to introduce restrictions, to protect the consumers (the voters and the taxpayers), and to save your political future. That simple.
