Comment: This must be fully investigated first. Congress should not jump blindly into a conclusion without impartial knowledge about the true reasons for this phenomenon. For example, what if chem trails serve the purpose of limiting the increasing amount of cosmic radiation that reaches the Earth’s surface? This may be happening for a variety of reasons, thinning of the ozon layer, or weakening of Earth’s magnetic field as a result of impending full or partial reversal of Earth’s magnetic poles. Of course, governments would hide that in order to avoid a total panic and chaos. But the signs are already here, increasing cancer rates, skin diseases, unusual weather patterns, disappearence of some sweet water fish and insect species, wild fires… Think before you act.
