It is not compatible with all the reporting on the alleged trade war with the U.S. and on Canada’s alleged condemnation of the U.S. – Israeli war with Iran. I find myself wondering if we are witnessing a hybrid-war-style tactics and deliberately misleading war-time propaganda. Maybe, maybe not. Too early to reach reliable conclusions. The Truth is always the first victim of any war.

Comment: This is the best interview I had a chance to see in a long time, maybe ever. It does not focus on tactics or logistics, or science and technology. It focuses on culture, on moral values and philosophical justification of what we do collectively as a nation. We went wrong sometime in the 1990s. We substituted “what is useful and beneficial” for “what is right, fair, and just”. Such distinction cannot be made without a “higher power” implementing its value system on humanity. This is where religions began to play an important role in our history but they were quickly utilized to manipulate public opinion and achieve more practical goals. So were ideologies. In our times, it is increasingly difficult to uphold social cohesion based on any moral standards. Social status, migrations, and politics have always been used to divide people and pitch us against each other. “Divide and conquer” is still the name of the game, today. What we need to realize is that such divisions destroy us as a society and, consequently, as a country. We are being exploited and enslaved because we are divided and powerless.

Comment: Just look at the two sides of this equasion: On one hand, Israel trying to provoke a major war and commit suicide in the Middle East. On the other hand, Russia conducting a static war in Ukraine that looks like grinding out or emigrating young Ukrainians able to carry weapons and defend their country, and demolishing old, outdated Ukrainian infrastructure. 2 and 2 is 4 and 4, to me, looks like making room for relocation of Israel, (for humanitarian reasons, of course), to a more fertile place with nicer climate and a key location at the crossroads of major trading routes in this part of the world. Claiming a return to the old Khazar Empire may be as effective as claiming a return to the old Jewish kingdom after ~3000 years of political absence. Will Jews also stay in Jerusalem? Maybe, but a complete relocation may also be a part of this game, especially in the face of a changing climate. It is also worth remembering that Maidan 2014 and consecutive Ukrainian governments were led by politicians of Jewish ethnicity (Victoria Nuland, Igor Kolomoisky, Petro Poroshenko, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Yulia Tymoshenko, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and others).
