Jagmeet Singh on X: “Earlier this week, our movement took us to Montreal, today I’m in Hamilton where we’re rallying with Canadians against the corporate greed that’s driving up rent prices. Corporate landlords that exploit their tenants to make massive profits are on notice.” / X
Comment: I just wonder what, specifically, he will do to stop, and possibly reverse, the rent increases. Or, was this just part of NDP campain? I want to see the results, not demonstrations and promises.
Earlier this month, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) finally concluded that Israel’s occupation of Palestine is illegal and must end immediately. This was a massive ruling from the world’s top court that affirmed what Palestinians, UN experts, and human rights groups have been saying for decades. But what does it mean for Canada?
Comment: I just wish the campains focused on positive issues and realistic programs for the country, not on personal attacks, dirt digging, and character assassinations. I am sick of it and sick of politicians who run on negative propaganda. I want to see which candidate is better for America and American families, something that would be difficult for Democrats, given their history of supporting wokism, de-nationalization, demoralization, destruction of economy, and depopulation policies.

Reports Of Autopsies In VAERS And Associated Adverse Events Linked To Cause Of Death
Jessica Rose July 25, 2024
This is the manuscript I have been working on for a while now, and I finally got my ass in gear to present a draft to you lovely people here. Please feel free to comment prior to my posting to a preprint server! Comments more than welcome. It gets very depressing toward the end and my discussion is not complete.
Comment: My first question was, “Who is going to benefit from this incident?” This was not an isolated key moment in the campaign, there were a few of them. Biden’s performance during the public debate with Trump and his obvious old age symptoms as well as growing popularity of Donald Trump, have alarmed the Democrats and forced them to look for alternatives. However, two recent developments have changed the electoral landscape even further. The Supreme Court’s decision, confirming that Trump had a valid immunity during his presidency, has rendered related legal challenges against him null and void. Also, the alleged “assassination attempt”, followed by a massive reversal in media reporting, gave Trump a significant advantage in the campaign.
All this considering, Democrats must have come to realize that their chances to win the November election are slim and quickly disappearing. In order to rescue the reputation of their party, they withdrew Joe Biden from the campaign, which resulted in nomination of Kamala Harris who stands no chances against Donald Trump. Sacrifizing Kamala Harris seems a small price to pay for a major political party. Damage control is the name of the game. My opinion. If this is true, it can only mean that Trump has made a deal with the deep state as well as with Israel and its American lobby. In his latest speech, he clearly expressed his support for Israel and confirmed his ani-Iranian sentiments. This, in spite of recent ICJ decision declaring that Israel’s occupation of Palestinian Occupied Territories is, in fact, illegal.
“There is a campaign under way to essentially destroy the public education system along with every aspect of human life and attitudes and thought that involve social solidarity. It’s being done in all sorts of ways. One is simply by underfunding. So, if you can make the public schools really rotten, people will look for an alternative. Any service that’s going to be privatized, the first thing you do is make it malfunction so people can say, “We want to get rid of it. It’s not running. Let’s give it to Lockheed.” — Noam Chomsky, The Progressive Magazine, September 1999, p.37
