On the Israeli – Palestinian Conflict

I have seen some TV “news” lately, only to confirm that they play a role of IsraelTube with respect to the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

First, let’s deal with the lie that this conflict began on October 7, 2023, when “Hamas terrorists” crossed the border into “innocent Israel” and, “unprovoked”, attacked innocent Israelis. This, simply, is not true. This conflict started 76 years ago, when Jewish terrorist organizations attacked Palestinian residents, killing many and forcing some into exile in order to make room for newly created state of Israel. It was preceded by WW1, Balfour Declaration, and international boycott of Germany, and followed by the Six-Day War (1967) as well as occupation and blockade of the Palestinian Occupied Territories, since. Israel has completely ignored and violated the UNGA Resolution 181, which precisely established the Jewish State and Arab State borders as well as the status of Jerusalem. Israel has ignored UNSC Resolution 242 , [ 2 ] and over 100 UN resolutions pertaining to the occupation of Palestinian Territories. By creating illegal settlements, Israel has violated Art. 49 of the IV Geneva Convention, which, in part, reads:

“The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.”

This is what the UNSC Resolution 242 called:

“inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war”.

After the 1967 war, Israel continued to build walls, divide, and illegally annex the Palestinian Occupied Territories, using dispossessions, civilian settlements, economic blockades, military force, and legalized apartheid (Basic Law Nation State) to prevent allowed by international law Palestinian resistance. These Israeli measures included war crimes and crimes against humanity , [ 2 ] , [ 3 ] , [ 4 ] , [ 5 ] , [ 6 ] , [ 7 ] , [ 8 ] .

OK, let’s forget all of this for a while. Let’s focus on the main theme that mainstream media use now, namely that Israel has the right to bomb Gaza in response to what Hamas did on October 7th.

Does it mean that Syria and Lebanon have the right to bomb Israel into stone age because Israeli military have repeatedly crossed their sovereign national borders and repeatedly bombed targets in their territories? Does it mean that Iran has the right to send assassins to Israel and murder Israeli scientists, as Israel has done in Iran? These were criminal and terrorist actions committed by Israel, which clearly demonstrated primitive, ignorant, and tribal policies of Israeli governments. In my opinion, it is time for the “international community” to step in and to terminate these attitudes and these facts on the ground. I fully support the UN resolution and Canada’s position demanding an end of military hostilities and immediate ceasefire between Israel and Palestine.

BTW, Hamas was elected as Gaza’s government and only Palestinians have the right to decide which organization represents them politically. Otherwise, it would be a “foreign interference in the election process”, wouldn’t it? Accusations that Hamas is a “terrorist organization” may be countered by accusations that Israel is a “terrorist state”. If Palestinians are “terrorists”, then Jews, who took part in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, during WW2, should also be called “terrorists”. I can see how “unreasonable” this would be. Palestinians are not “people” and they are not “chosen” by God – a sick and completely false ideology. Just as it is false that descendants of Khazars somehow became Semites. Khazars had adopted Judaism in X century A.D. Their ancestors never had a kingdom in the Middle East.
