If WHO really wants to create an effective interantional response to future pandemics and other health-related crises, they should outlaw, arrest and punish all individuals and managers who have participated in developing, manufacturing and releasing of pandemic agents. They should also ban politicians and media organizations that promoted fear and catastrophic measures (like lockdowns and mRNA vaccines), and ban any such individuals and organizations from owning, financing or controlling in any way the production and distribution of our food, meds, water and clean air (This includes the weather modification projects, 5G networks, HAARP installations, and the distribution of chemtrails).
