Comment: OK, I support that. Now, how about stopping the war in Palestine, Mr. Trump? The bullets there are stopping at human bodies, too. Mostly civilian bodies. This, to me, is the real test of your integrity and your intentions.
Comment: Wow! So much development in so many fields of technology and economy…, then why is our standard of living nose-diving? Who is this technology benefiting? Just look around and stop BS-ing us, please.
Comment: So, launching a campaign for the leadership of a political party and position of prime minister is now called “private event”? Aren’t all politicians public figures, aren’t political parties (allegedly representing the population), public entities? Or have they been privatised and, if yes, by whom? Who owns them now? We, the public, the voters, and the taxpayers want to know the answers, or else, we will not support any of these parties and any of these politicians. This is serious.
Comment: I find it hard to believe that Israel would negotiate with Hamas, if it did not have to. It looks like Israel is not really winning this war or achieving its declared goals. Could this be a pressure from the incoming US administration? Or, is this a result of the situation on the front lines?
On January 10, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) released footage of what it called an underground “missile city,” claiming that weapon production had ramped up, contrary to Israeli claims.
The video shows IRGC Commander-in-Chief Maj. Gen. Hossein Salami visited an underground missile production facility with tunnels large enough to hold large trucks and multiple production areas.

Comment: I wonder if Trump’s 25% tarrifs tool is intended and designed to force Canadian businesses (including American companies that operate in Canada) to move back to the US? I remember Trump talking about using the same mechanism to force US companies offshored to China to return home. Obviously, reversing the offshoring trend is part of Trump’s agenda. I would not be surprised, if he decided to expand it to Canadian companies. as well. What will we do, if this is the case? BTW., what does defending “tarrif-free trade with the US mean”? For corporations only. I, as an individual, still have to pay customs and taxes, when I order something from the US, even if similar products are not available in Canada and my purchase does not hurt Canadian businesses. There is no “free trade” for the people. And I can’t write off my costs like businesses do.
