Comment: The blame game continues but… already in March of 2020 we knew that among the scientists working at the University of North Carolina on coronaviruses’ Gain of Function study was a top Chinese scientist and Wuhan Lab researcher, Shi Zhengli. She was also closely associated with Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance. Coincidentally, both Shi Zhengli and Peter Daszak participated in the official WHO Investigation [2] , [3] , [4] that took place in China in February of 2021 and concluded that “the virus” did not escape from the Wuhan Lab. What a surprise…

The American Connection

Two articles, “A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence” , [ 2 ] , [ .PDF ] published in Nature Medicine on 9 November 2015 and “Engineered bat virus stirs debate over risky research” [2] published in Nature International Weekly Journal of Science on 12 November 2015, confirm some of the information mentioned in the above video. They also reveal that the ‘gain-of-function’ research was deemed dangerous since 2012 and was suspended in the US in October of 2014. However, research already under way was exempted from the moratorium and continued. Some sources suggest that in 2013, in the middle of a heated debate on safety in conducting such work on US soil, the most dangerous part of this research, (the one with potential military application), was “offshored” to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

The above-mentioned gain of function study was conducted at the North Carolina University, Chapel Hill. A team of 15 scientists participated in this study under the direction of prof. Ralph Baric – (see page 37 HERE). Also HERE – (see parts at 7:38 and at 33:33). One of the scientists on Ralph Baric’s team was a Chinese national and top Chinese scientist specializing in coronaviruses, the “Bat-Woman” Zhengli-Li Shi, also referred to as Shi Zhengli. She held a leading position at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (see below).

Simon Wain-Hobson, a virologist at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, pointed out that the researchers had created a novel virus that “grows remarkably well” in human cells. “If the virus escaped, nobody could predict the trajectory,” he said.

In October 2019, a month after the Wuhan military emergency response drill for coronavirus (see below) and two months before the official emergence of Covid-19 in central China, a group of public-health experts gathered in New York City for a simulation. Their objective was to determine how industry, national governments, and international institutions could work together to respond to a “hypothetical pandemic with potentially catastrophic consequences.”

Soon, such a pandemic was no longer hypothetical. In February 2020, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention said it was preparing for a coronavirus pandemic and the organization’s former director flatly declared that COVID-19 “will become a pandemic.”

The Chinese Connection

A short history of the Wuhan lab:

Shi Zhengli-Li, (the “Bat Woman”) [ 2 ] , [ 3 ] is a top Chinese scientist specializing in coronaviruses, especially those found in horseshoe bats living in caves of Southern China. Over the years, she has collected and researched thousands of samples of bat viruses. In February of 2020, a report published in Nature revealed that her team at the Wuhan Institute of Virology identified and analyzed genetic sequences of a new coronavirus, 2019-nCoV (Novel Coronavirus 2019), which caused an epidemic of acute respiratory syndrome in humans in Wuhan, China, and has sent this information to public databases.

On September 18, 2019, Wuhan held military emergency response drill for Novel Coronavirus . [ 2 ] . It was originally reported in Chinese media but this information was later removed. When the September 18 drill found its way to western media, China released information that it had taken place in preparation for the 2019 Military World Games (a sport event) that was held in Wuhan on October 18-27, 2019. But what did coronavirus have to do with a sport event? Was it a cover-up? Coincidently, two media reports indicate that Covid-19 pandemic may have started in China and in Italy as early as September 2019. Also coincidentally, a few months earlier, on March 23, 2019, Italy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China , [2] , [3] , [4] , [5] to officially become a member of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), also known as the “One Belt One Road” (OBOR), thus allowing the Silk Road to enter Europe through its territory – a development opposed by the US and the European Union.

It is also worth noting that the main expert of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in biological warfare, major general Chen Wei , [ 2 ] , [ 3 ] , [ 4 ] visited and inspected the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in January 2020. What was she investigating? Some Chinese sources credited maj. gen. Chen Wei for development of the first Covid-19 vaccine but the short timeline makes it difficult to believe. One situation would make it possible: if the Wuhan Laboratory developed this virus as a bioweapon. In such case, they would have the knowledge and the technology to make a vaccine quickly. Research on bioweapons and their neutralizing agents is usually conducted simultaneously to protect “our own” soldiers from accidental exposure.

The Missing Link

As shown above, the “gain of function” study involving coronaviruses was conducted both in the US and in China. Chinese scientist Shi Zhengli from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) participated in the “gain of function” study at North Carolina University. This, however, does not prove that there was an official international cooperation at the level of states between China and the US. Or, does it?

The gain of function study, that originated at the University of North Carolina and continued at Wuhan Institute of Virology, was financed in the US already during the Obama administration.  The grants, to the tune of millions of dollars were delivered through the MacArthur Foundation.

Other sources indicate that significant funding for the “gain of function research” at the Wuhan Institute of Virology also originated from the US. According to Polish investigative journalist, Witold Gadowski, who published his findings , [2] between March 2020 and February 2021, such funding was also channeled through Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. And this is where the circle closes.

Conclusions

The origin of the virus cannot be “credited” to China alone, although it is not impossible that China has used its knowledge and technology to “make it work”. Are we witnessing a biological war? Unjustified interruptions in supply chains continue, even though the “pandemic”, just like the global warming, cannot be seen around. There are also other agendas at play. The New Normal, the Great Reset, the depopulation – all amply documented and verifiable. Klauss Schwab (of the World Economic Forum), is already predicting that the next, “even bigger”, crisis will be caused by “climate change”. I am actually noticing that the climate is cooling down this summer, the first summer in many years without “chemtrails” in our skies. Instead, we have regular waves of rain, moving Eastward south of the Great Lakes, as if the Jet Stream froze in one place and could no longer move around. Water is important. What is the HAARP doing these days? It looks like there will always be something interesting to write about.

But it is also possible that American, global, and Chinese elites are “in bed together”. Both China and Western investors benefit from moving our real economy eastward. Since 1990s, we hear about the necessity to be more competitive, about the plan to move our manufacturing to countries that are “cheaper”, where the investors could max up their profits. Many people in the West have lost their jobs, their savings, their pensions and their houses but this did not matter. The greed did. The greed of our investors that allowed countries like China to gain access to our technologies and our markets, to become a “world factory”, to grow financially and to build a modern army that today threatens our interests. Putin is probably enjoying the show, as it makes the West weaker and more vulnerable. If I were him though, I would be more concerned with China’s rise to power.

The takeover is actually happening, as we speak. Don’t you see it? When you order something online and the Canadian or American seller informs you that the order cannot be delivered in a timely manner due to “the situation”? Or, that the product cannot be shipped to you because it is “out of stock”, “on backorder”, and they don’t know when it will become available? Instead of the “pandemic” we see broken supply chains. Have you recently called the customer service of your Canadian telecommunication company that answers from China or from India? What does it mean?

It means that our manufacturing, our real economy and major services have already been exported. We are the middlemen, now. The real assets are out of our hands. After the education “reforms” that had began in 1997 under the Mike Harris’ government, the new human geography curriculum for grade 8 students was actually advertising this arrangement as an “achievement”. The offshoring and outsourcing, the destruction of our education and health care, the demoralization of our youth, the restructuring and elimination of the middle class, the global warming, the “pandemic” and the depopulation agenda followed and continued under Liberal governments as well. All these initiatives look like integral parts of one comprehensive process and it all looks very well organized on a timeline. We have been duped.
