We have received many questions regarding the new restrictions in Ontario.
As we have stated before, the Emergency Management Civil Protection Act and Reopening Ontario Act do not supersede the Charter as stated in 7.0.2 of the EMCPA.
Police have no authority to arbitrarily detain and question anyone for the sole purpose of a public health measure investigation.
To this point we have seen various responses from different services and associations (Reference the photos). The law is the law. Why the different responses? Because it’s not about the law it’s political.

Is the Abbott rapid antigen Covid-19 test reliable?
A well known investigative journalist and author, Wojciech Sumlinski, held an interview with a Polish medical first responder who works for emergency medical services, rides in an ambulance and delivers patients to hospitals. In order to take each patient to the right hospital, he administers the Abbott test, a Covid-19 rapid antigen test that is now also used in Canada.
According to this responder’s testimony (in Polish):
the outcome of the test depends on whether the original “extraction buffer” or physiological saline is being used with the specimen extracted from the patient. This creates an opportunity for the providers of the test kits to manipulate the number of “positive cases” and the Covid-19 statistics.

Police Departments Across Ontario Are Issuing Statements Rejecting Use of Doug Ford’s Controversial New Police Powers
Bravo Police, standing for Canada and Canadians!
Doug Ford announced police now have the power to stop and interrogate anyone who leaves their home at any time of day.
Local police departments across Canada’s biggest province are issuing stunning public statements rejecting the use of heavy-handed police powers announced by Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Friday afternoon.
The unprecedented turn of events follows Ford’s decision to grant police blanket powers to arbitrarily stop and interrogate anyone found outside their home at any time of day in an effort to enforce public health regulations.
Ford has also ignored calls from health experts to bring in less draconian measures, including paid sick days and prioritizing support for essential workers, to control the spread instead.
Civil liberties groups say the new powers are “unconstitutional” and predict it will only lead to a “rash of racial profiling and overboard police powers.”

Tucker fires back at criticism over immigration, voting comments
Comment: Yeah. Not in Canada, though. In Canada there is little difference between the right and the left. It was the conservative government of Mike Harris and his high-school dropout minister that destroyed the education. But the process was started by the NDP government of Bob Ray and his Royal Commission on Learning. He also empowered parents in school councils (so that they could sell donuts and organize fundraising), because the government needed to cut funds (who remembers the social contract?). Parents were wondering if they would also be given the right to tell the brain surgeons how to operate on their children. Then came the liberals who destroyed parental rights and introduced sex education. The restructuring, the offshoring and the outsourcing continued. The federal and provincial budgets shrank because many corporations left the country and many other were allowed to lower their income tax. There was no money to maintain quality education, health care and social programs. Then, it was time for aggressive feminism, LGBT-XYZ, transgenderism and other leftist ideas carried out by the Conservatives. There is an obvious (to me) continuity here, maybe because we did not have our own Donald Trump in this country. And now we have leftist media and conservative politicians implementing fear campaigns around the very suspicious “pandemic”, so that the New Order and Great Reset may go ahead.

Doctors and Scientists Accuse Medical Regulator of Downplaying COVID-19 Vaccine Dangers

The European Medicines Agency is misleading citizens into medical experimentation, experts warn
Doctors and scientists from 25 countries have today issued a rebuttal letter to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), following the regulator’s dismissal of their earlier warnings regarding COVID-19 vaccine dangers from clotting and bleeding.
Within days of the EMA receiving the group’s original letter on March 1st, outlining risks of blood disorders from COVID-19 vaccines, over a dozen countries suspended the AstraZeneca vaccine following deaths from clotting and bleeding, as the doctors had warned. … [But not Canada] …
On March 23rd, however, the EMA dismissed the group’s concerns as relating to “minor” and “rare” events, concluding that “a positive benefit-risk balance has been established.”
The doctors and scientists have today hit back, accusing the EMA of misleading the public on the vaccines’ true risk-benefit profile. “Your reply of March 23 is unconvincing and unacceptable,” they wrote, noting that recorded cases of life-threatening cerebral venous thrombosis (CSVT) post-vaccination likely “represent just the tip of a huge iceberg”. Common reactions to vaccination, including headache, nausea, blurred vision and vomiting, they state, are symptoms of CSVT, and should be assessed as such, immediately.
