Comment: This is a communist view that allows the collective to overwrite the rights of individuals. Trudeau suggests that collective safety is more important than individual rights and freedoms. This assumption is not consistent with international law and several Canadian laws.

STATEMENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH MANDATORY VACCINATION IN CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES

First it was not even a university, but Seneca College. Then it was the University of Ottawa. Then Carleton University, the University of Western Ontario, and the University of Toronto. Now it is almost every university in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The law faculty at McGill is also demanding it, presumably to save the university from expensive litigation (an implied threat, and one that strangely assumes that only one side of a debate can litigate in court). If it happens first in the United States, then almost immediately it is copied and pasted into policy in Canada. It is coming everywhere: mandatory vaccination for all faculty, staff, and students.

As a tenured, full Professor in Canada, it is my duty to encourage all faculty to be united in non-compliance with such measures.

Comment: I am very glad to see this movement growing. Already in February of 2021, I have posted my comment in response to Randy Hillier’s interview with insp. Len Faul (ret.). Noone can say that efforts to convince the police or the army to defend the Constitution of Canada against the government that is violating this Constitution is actually illegal. This is their job that we, the taxpayers, pay them for and this is why it is so important to gather the evidence. Have you asked Dr. David Martin for his evidence , [2] that also includes the involvement of a Canadian University, Canadian corporations, and Canadian government in the development of this so-called “vaccine”?
