Comment: Good points. I am adding one more: Find the text of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Adopted by the UN in 1966 and ratified by most western countries by 1977). Then, read Article 6, which, among other things, states: “5. Sentence of death shall not be imposed for crimes committed by persons below eighteen years of age and shall not be carried out on pregnant women.” Then, think why. Still in force.

Alberta provincial health officer Dr. Deena Hinshaw faced her fourth straight day of questioning in an Alberta courtroom on Thursday as an unprecedented civil suit against the province’s COVID restrictions continues. /…/
The suit is one of many currently ongoing against the federal and provincial governments over violations of Charter and other rights under COVID, including travel restrictions, vaccine requirements and lockdowns.
The lawsuit states that the Alberta government had violated rights to peaceful assembly, to travel, to conduct a business to earn a living, to visit family and friends, to have visitors in one’s own private residence and to worship.
“Select individual rights and freedoms have been constitutionalized in this country for a reason,” the JCCF wrote. “Not merely because living in a free society is convenient, because of the recognition that the activities, experiences and endeavours those rights protect are what make life truly worth living.” /…/
Comment: Let me be clear to Solicitor General Sylvia Jones. Every protest, and this includes the traditional, legal right to strike by workers and their unions, may only be effective, if somebody is inconvenienced or is losing business as a result of the action taken by the protesters. Here is why this is considered a useful and fair strategy:
We, The People, don’t have an army or a police. We are being systematically disarmed by leftist governments. We don’t appoint the judges. We don’t run the jails. We, the voters and the taxpayers, don’t have such means to exercise power and use the law in order to force our government to listen, to meet our demands and to consider our expectations – even though, in a democratic system, it is their job to do so. Politicians govern on our behalf and with our mandate, while businesses should serve the needs of the population, not the other way around. They do have considerable powers and means to use force against the people. Therefore, in a situation of conflict, people are powerless against them. Unless… the protesters, through their action, cause inconvenience and losses to corporations and force them to put pressure on the government. This is what happened to the Emergency Powers that caused banks to lose confidence of foreign investors. They were withdrawn overnight. It is a proxy war strategy which should work in our democratic system. It does not work because the system is no longer democratic.
This is exactly what happened with the truckers blockade. Only this time, the corporations pressured the government to use force against the people. Shows the extend of corruption and the sophistication of social engineering aimed at making life so miserable, frustrating, and confusing that people will happily welcome and accept the New World Order. Possible…
Comment: My grandmother, (and I am 72), knew that the sooner kids become interested in sex, the faster their schoolwork and education become a distant priority. Or, in some cases, no priority at all. It shortens childhood, the only time during which a brain of any living thing develops and achieves full potential. Species whose childhood and development take a quarter of their lifetime end up being more intelligent than species who become adults the minute they are born. This wisdom was known and passed from generation to generation for centuries.
In 1990s, children and youth were still protected by the state from early sexualization. You needed and ID, proving that you were an adult, to rent a porn video. The police were controlling and enforcing that. It was a law. Then, suddenly, almost overnight, all restrictions disappeared. Porn became freely available online, everybody had access to it, all you needed was a computer able to play videos. No restrictions, no laws followed. The genie was out of the bottle and children became one of the first victims of this new and brave world.
