A Letter to the Unvaccinated
Ontario Civil Liberties Association, August 2, 2021
OCLA researcher Dr. Denis Rancourt and several fellow Canadian academics penned an open letter to support those who have decided not to accept the COVID-19 vaccine.
The group emphasizes the voluntary nature of this medical treatment as well as the need for informed consent and individual risk-benefit assessment. They reject the pressure exerted by public health officials, the news and social media, and fellow citizens.

On June 9, 2021, the Ontario Declaration of Emergency, enacted under Section 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, was revoked but the government and the municipalities did not announce it publicly and the mainstream media have not reported on this significant development. Restrictions and other emergency measures (masking, social distancing, some lockdowns, as well as attendance or access limitations) still continue. An aggressive coercion aimed at mass vaccination is being applied by the media and by government agencies, as well as by some corporations and organizations.
Yesterday, while driving, I accidently turned on the 680 News and my brain was instantly flooded with “COVID”, the “new variant”, fear campaign, and information that our federal government (yes, Justin and the Liberals) decided to implement segregation and discrimination policies in a form of vaccine passports and a requirement that travelling and certain services will only be available to those “fully” vaxxed.
Doug Ford and the provincial government were more careful. According to 680 News, they announced that provincial vaccination passports will be required for “international travel” but their use as basis for other restrictions (including requirement for masking, social distancing, access to services, events, hospitals, education, and retail) will be decided by the businesses that provide such services. Doug is shedding legal liability and political responsibility, so that he can later point his finger at somebody else and say “It wasn’t me! They did it!”

Abstract
We summarize the findings of an animal study which Pfizer submitted to the Japanese health authorities in 2020, and which pertained to the distribution and elimination of a model mRNA vaccine. We show that this study clearly presaged grave risks of blood clotting and other adverse effects. The failure to monitor and assess these risks in the subsequent clinical trials, and the grossly negligent review process in conjunction with the emergency use authorizations, have predictably resulted in an unprecedented medical disaster.

Comment: Perhaps the governments need “emergency measures” to justify vaccination of the entire population with experimental vaccines that had been approved for use under emergency authorization only. In fact, after the Declaration of Emergency was legally revoked in Ontario on June 9, 2021, there is no emergency and the vaccination has become illegal. Comment: As I watched this video, I realized that most of the things we say and write, often with great conviction, are not our own opinions based on our own observation, experimentation, study, analysis, experience, knowledge, critical thinking or educated conclusions, but rather we merely repeat, like parrots, the information that we had earlier heard somewhere else, from television, internet, our teachers, our leaders or our neighbours. In most cases, we merely transmit the information, we don’t create it and we don’t verify it. Often, we don’t even understand it.
Plus, we have a tendency to selectively seek and share information that confirms our already existing beliefs and to reject information that contradicts those beliefs. Also, we avoid, block, and sometimes ridicule information that we perceive as threatening our own safety, security, and comfort. On the other hand, we frequently interpret our wishful thinking as facts and truth. This is exactly how ignorance spreads in society and this spreading ignorance makes it possible for the criminal “elites” to implement their scripts and their plans. Think about it.
