Limitations of techniques used to screen people (in Canada)
The Quarantine Act (S.C. 2005, c. 20):
4. Purpose – The purpose of this Act is to protect public health by taking comprehensive measures to prevent the introduction and spread of communicable diseases.
5 (1) Designating analysts and certain officers – The Minister may designate qualified persons, or classes of qualified persons, as analysts, screening officers or environmental health officers.
14 (1) Screening technology – Any qualified person authorized by the Minister may, to determine whether a traveller has a communicable disease or symptoms of one, use any screening technology authorized by the Minister that does not involve the entry into the traveller’s body of any instrument or other foreign body.
The Canadian Quarantine Act serves the same purpose as the restrictions and measures introduced by the governments to combat the Covid-19 pandemic, namely, to protect public health by taking comprehensive measures to prevent the introduction and spread of communicable diseases. It seems only reasonable to conclude that the measures applied by our governments to combat the Covid-19 pandemic are (or ought to be) subject to the same limitations as those listed in Point 14 (1) of the Quarantine Act. The use any screening technology authorized by the Minister must not involve the entry into the tested person’s body of any instrument or other foreign body. This limitation and restriction is not being observed in screening with the RT-PCR test.
The collection of cells from the back of the pharynx, approached through the nose or mouth, must be performed by a specialized and trained caregiver. It is NOT PAINLESS! This is a risky technique, as it may cause injury. I was tested with the RT-PCR technology twice. After the second test, my nasal mucous membrane was injured and I was bleeding from my nose for three days. The healing was probably prolonged by the blood thinner injections that I was receiving at the hospital to lower the risk of a heart failure.
Regardless of the risks involved, the RT-PCR test should not be authorized (or mandatory), because it involves the entry and penetration of the tested person’s body with the swab – in order to collect the sample. By extension, injection of a vaccine also constitutes entry into the person’s body of an instrument and other foreign body (the actual mRNA “soup”). Vaccines serve the same purpose as quarantine, namely, they protect public health and prevent the spread of communicable diseases. Therefore, they should be subject to the same limitations.
Individual Rights vs. Collective Rights
Limitations of individual human rights and implementation of measures that, in some cases, are unhealthy and degrading, (for example the requirement to wear masks), are being justified by necessity to protect collective public safety, health, and morals. Measures applied by the governments and corporations suggest that collective safety is more important than individual rights and freedoms. However, in case of a pandemic, this priority is not consistent with international law:

Comment: I had deliberately delayed my comment in order to reflect upon this phenomenon. You don’t have to go to Australia or New Zealand to see what is happening. Here in Dundas, Ontario, my bank has recently introduced banking machines that display instructions in English and in Chinese. I have also noticed new Chinese and other Asian employees but this may or may not be relevant. My question initially was: “Is Chinese an official language in Canada? Since when? And what happened to French?” The second question was, “We don’t have too many Chinese people living in our communities, (like for example in Markham/Unionville area), so why are they doing this?” The third question was, “Are Chinese people so limited intellectually that they cannot learn English like all other residents in Ontario do?” And then I realized that these were wrong questions because the answer to all three of them was “No”.
So what is really happening? In my opinion, we are witnessing the takeover of our financial institutions and this was, of course, expected. Just go to any store and try to find products that were not “made in China”. When you become so completely dependent on trade with one foreign country, when you put all your eggs in one basket like that, it is always followed by economic dependency and eventually by a loss of political sovereignty. This, in my opinion, explains why our governments introduce and enforce laws and policies that are violating our Constitution, our Charter of rights and our international obligations in the area of human rights. It’s already happening.
Here comes the important part: why did it happen, why did Canada sold out economically to China? I have two possible answers to this and both are very likely to be true. One, investors decided to move our real economy (production and many services) to a cheaper country in order to lower their costs and max up their profits. Two, our politicians were bought by international lobbies and asked to look the other way, while this was happening. If this is indeed true, then greed, opportunism and corruption are driving the agenda. In the process, our governments have mismanaged the economy so badly that now they have no choice but to “go with the flow”, no matter what. Even assuming that treason was not part of the package, this explains everything. “Pandemic” and the “Great Reset” look like mechanisms to get out of the mess and to protect the loot. The scary thing is, we have just re-elected the same bunch of “Canadian patriots” and given them two more years to “finish the job”. Doesn’t it reflect on us?

I’ve heard this kind of “policy announcements” in the communist country in which I had grown up and lived for 34 years. Same attitude, same style, same ideological fanaticism. Same ignorance of individual rights and freedoms introduced under the cover of an alleged “collectivism” (read: “totalitarianism”). But this is our own fault. We have just re-elected this “red herring” and his cabals in many cities around this country. Now, we have no right to complain. The reforms initiated in 1990s by Mike Harris’ government (and continued by the Liberals) introduced a similar approach and philosophy: not what used to be recommended and good for the students and their schooling but rather what was in the best interest of the government and big corporate interests that were taking over our political system. Teachers’ Colleges and schools went first on the chopping board, with private-public partnerships (read: corporate funding replacing public funding in exchange for changes in curriculums and organization). Medical schools, hospitals, medical labs, and the rest of the health care system were next. Somebody wanted the society to become stupid and sickly. We know who and we know why, this is not a rocket science. We are just too nice and too trusting to tell the government, “You failed, get out of here”. Or, we are too stupid already.
